Absolutely fantastic experience. They were wonderful with my 3 year old. Very easy smooth experience. Thank you Joy!

Only had to wait 2 hours for a covid test when lining up at around 20 mins before they opened, which I know sounds ridiculous but is pretty quick considering the current circumstances!! The staff did a great job of going thru the massive line and making sure everyone was able to fill out the necessary forms to make sure once you got in, it was all quick. Also received my result on the 2nd day after getting tested

So I heard from a friend that Joy that works here was really good at getting blood from babies. So I traveled down from Brisbane with my 13month. Historically we had a 20 year pediatrician who wasn't able to get blood from his tiny veins. Both Joy and Veronica got it in one go and a great sample. They put my bubba at ease and myself with their kindness and confidence. Well worth the trip.  Well done girls and thank you. My baby was done in less than 15 secs while the girls sang him Elmos happy dance song. So greatful for kind women like yourselves xx

Rude and ignorant staff! Apparently covid tests aren't important and especially people with babies in the car whilst each parent takes turn looking after the baby whilst sick so each can get a test done are even less important! When asked politely how long it may be even though there was no-one else waiting apparently that took too many brain cells and couldn't give me an answer.... Pretty astounding in these current times.

Easy process for covid testing, went first thing in the morning walked straight on through and had the results within 24 hours. Just a oral and nostril swab not all the way up

Just been turned away for testing there message stated open until 3 pm Saturday. Just been turned away with sign at end of que stating closes at 12. Don't do testing if your not equipped.

The lady doing covid testing Saturday 8th January at Oxenford, 1st door to your left as you go in was so rude and disrespectfull. You don't want to be there, get another job. Absolutely disgusting.

I have been lots of times and the staff members are always friendly and professional.
