Best customer service! I rang this company with a near impossible request for a scrub top with embroidery to be delivered within 3 days. The lovely ladies Elise & I forgot the other lovely ladies name! could not have been more helpful! They called me back within ten minutes after going through stock boxes to ensure they had the correct colour and size scrub top that I required. Nothing was a problem for them and they were so polite and helpful. I highly recommend this company as this was the best customer service I have reviewed in a very long time! The quality of the scrub top is brilliant. I hand washed it and there was no colour run. I will be ordering all scrubs from them from now on! Thank you lovely ladies! Xxx
I have just started a new injectables business, Hopes Aesthetes, and needed some practical yet stylish scrubs. I decided to go for the Wonderwinks jogger style and what can I say they are AMAZING! So comfortable, practical, and even better they look GREAT. I also got the scrubs embroidered with my logo and they did an incredible job. Thank you so much Infectious clothing, I will be back to buy more in different colours!
Very good and caring customer service. I bought a top and matching pants. As I assumed they matched due to picking the colour options. I got a email from Max notifying me that the top and pants were from another collection and that the colour wouldn't match, and if I wanted to opt for another option to ensure they matched. Most company wouldn't bother and would just ship it. So thank you !
I ordered the Wonderwinks Jogger style scrub pant in 5XL and I LOVE them! They are soooo comfortable, and so light it's almost like I'm not wearing pants - in fact it's better than not wearing pants. I'm only wearing them on Fun Scrub Fridays at the moment but will definitely be ordering more for everyday wear! 10/10 recommend.
Great customers service and products. Purchased 2 sets of Wonderwink 123 scrubs. Fabric is very nice and colours are beautiful - exactly as pictured. Much better quality than my other scrubs. Elastic in pants will stay flat instead of curling up. I used the sizing chart and they fit perfectly.
