This pool used to be my favourite one, tidy clean and friendly staffs, always tried to recommend to my mates and neighbours. Seems like this place changed so much these days, opening time shorter and confusing ,weekend the water hit 32 degrees,many regular swimmers never turn up anymore,just hope after new year everything getting better like how good this place used to beni just found earlier response about 20 of January back to normal,.Today is 23 of January,i been told close at 7 pm, pleasenThanks
I have had a pool membership for over a year now and I really like using the facility, it is convenient and the staff are all very nice and helpful.nHowever, the lack of communication with patrons and members of this centre is completely unacceptable. The number of times I turn up to go for a swim and am told at the door that the pool is closed, I have lost count at this point. And today, I turned up to the centre at 1:30pm to find the front door open and no one anywhere in the facility, I walked around for 15 minutes and saw no one and no signs there was also another person sitting in the reception for half an hour waiting. Yet it says the centre is open on google and I have received no text or email to say otherwise. I have been told in the past that all updates are posted on Instagram, but I saw nothing to indicate a pool closure on the social media.nI have refrained in the past from leaving a bad review because I like this facility, however, I am becoming very frustrated with how often I cannot use the pool facility and the complete lack of communication. I believe it is common courtesy to inform members of closure and frankly in this day and age it is not hard to have systems in place that send messages to your members.
The gym has a lot of modern facilities and the space is clean. The pool great too, and the price of the baseline membership seems very reasonable given you get access to the pool AND the gym
Great center to have kids birthday parties. There are activities for all the ages and everything is provided. Highly recommend for kids parties. Staff are amazing and very helpful
Started using LTU gym as it is conveniently located with my studies.nnFor the high membership price it is so disappointing to have a limited amount of low quality equipment. And they weren’t even open for the whole week after new years.nnRough start to the new year resolutions…
