The course is reasonable. The greens do need to be more firm and rolled on a regullar basis.nIt is a challenging course with narrow fairways and lots of trees that get in the way sometimes.nIt's well worth a visit for the price of the green fees and not too many weekday bookings. Give it a go.
A fairly basic but decent public course that provides great value for money.nnStaff were friendly and helpful when I mentioned it was my first time there.nnForgiving layout, perfect for beginners or those needing a confidence boost. Not too many bunkers makes approaching greens a little less daunting. Fairly straight forward hole designs without too much up or down. Greens aren't too slick and most of my putts were fairly straight without a lot of turn.nnDuring my visit there were a few holes where I've never seen so many leaves on the fairway I didn't get photo's of the worst of it, and what made it more bizarre was the rough between holes was spotless. Hiting a fairway but having trouble spotting your ball isn't great. It was pretty weird. Maybe I was there in the middle of some sort of course maintenance thing or something, but I never saw anything happening so I don't know. Many greens were covered in leaves too making putting a chore having to clear line all the time.nnDespite the leaves situation, overall the course was fairly well maintained and in decent condition for a public course.nnAnd honestly, the $15 mid-week arvo rates cannot be beat.nnI'm a member at another much tougher course so I like to play something a little more forgiving every now and again, and with the value for money here I'll definitely be back.nnRoo's lounging on one of the tee's was a nice touch too.
Surprisingly a high quality of Public course. the fairways are wide long and very smootb grass quality. the green kept maintained. not goo busy, nice and helpful staff on the proshop Jarod was very helpful. Online booking was very easy. value for money really enjoy our session in Bundoora Park Golf course. Saw group of Kangaroos in hole 12, 16 and 18.
Nice easy easy golf course for beginners. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Driving range gets very busy. Nice facilities
Probably one of the best public golf courses in Melbourne. $15 unlimited golf after 2pm on weekdays is crazy. Can be a little busy due to this.nnCourse is a long one which can be a good challenge and opportunity to use all your clubs which is good. Some kangas on the course too who are very cute and tame.
