We initially had an issue with the doors not fitting through our entrance because we had a narrow staircase however one of the guys offered to fix the issue by producing 3 new doors for us. The 1st and 2nd round of installers were very friendly people especially Tom, plus the quote guy Fred.  And most of all we have a new sexy Wardrobe! Would recommend. Thanks again.

We had our wardrobes installed this week and are extremely happy. These guys were fantastic the whole way through, extremely helpful with quotes and helping us modify the design when we changed our minds. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the finished product, they look better than we could have imagined. Ibrahim was great at the installation, would definitely use these guys again.

This is the sixth time we've organised for them to finish and they've still not turned up.. Terrible service. I'm away in the UK so my girlfriend has been waiting for them each time.. What a joke. Buyer beware.
UPDATE: Wardrobes now in thanks to Adam and are great. Girlfriend compensated in cash. Problem was a rogue installer who I understand is no longer with the company.

Have had ongoing issues with this company for over 6 months now.  Build quality of the doors is good, but the installation and after sales service is abysmal.  Our wardrobe doors were installed non perpendicular to the wall.  They have sent staff back 3 times to fix, each installer agrees that there is a problem,  but they cannot fix it.  They say the office will give me a call, yet this never gets followed up.  Unfortunately this company has left me no choice other than to seek a rectification order from Fair Trading.

Well I read some of the previous reviews on this company and found the divergence of opinion quite confronting. I proceeded to get a quote for 2 cupboards and TREVOR turned up, yes on time. He was extremely professional and listened to  what I would prefer. His recommendation certainly made the whole process easy and a relief. What a wonderful personality who really knew his stuff and he had a clear explanation for what he thought best and more importantly why. It was Trevor's obvious integrity, honesty and the excellent price that made me go to the next step of ordering. The planned delay was extensive to installation but again I proceeded based on Trevor's professionalism. On installation day, BILLY arrived. After his initial greetings he threw me when he clearly stated his aim was to make sure I was happy. He commenced the installation. Well what a no nonsense approach, he started to do the installation. No pieces were missing and everything was as planned.He was extremely cheerful, friendly and more importantly very efficient and had a very high quality in his skills, attitude and thus installation. It certainly was a top result and speedy process.
Nice to meet in both Trevor and Billy people who have the skills,  passion and joy in what they do and deliver accordingly. They are both a credit to their company. Would I recommend them to others YES SIR.
