Great service & good grub also.
Would give a zero star rating if the option was available. AVOID at all costs, this place is unprofessional when it comes to print quality as well as poor customer service. There's far better print companies out there, this place will try and rip you off for add ons which are generally free when it comes to editing. They are just there to make a quick sale. Please spend your money elsewhere!!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID Terrible design quality, they charge for changes to be made on basic things which they should have got right in the first place i.e. positioning of text. They also charge you for any proofs after the first one. I've worked with printers and designers before and never have I experienced such poor service standards. They force their JustEat advertisements on to your restaurant menus probably make a commission off this. I would suggest looking around elsewhere for a printer and designer. I am 100% sure you can find better customer service for the same price elsewhere.
If you fancy throughing your money to the bin go on and order anything from this company! Second time in raw they completly spoiled leaflet for my business. Main problem each time was using wrong colours balance to print. Last time leaflets have been too red and this time they are too pale! Thanks to that they look absolutely rubish! 50k of leaflet goes to bin as well as £700. On the top of that for the some price like 2 years ago this year they used very thin paper.. if they would tell me i would rathere pay extra to have it printed properly or go somewhere else.. Honestly, just save yourself a hustle ..
Disgusting company stayip away. I would not even give them 1 star trust me. I have been on the phone to them over 10 times every time they say they will back but no one ever does. Took my money i never got prints done they said they would refund me part off my money nothing no phone call either you have been warned stay away.
Harlequin designed and printed my wedding table plan and place cards. Excellent service, really pleased with the result. Would highly recommend.
Crooks! Avoid at all cost! Use there contract loop holes to take advantage. Staff are rude and are only looking to fleece your of your money by providing poor quality printing!
Very bad design skills, charged for minor changes to be made on mistakes made by themselves. Terrible service. Would rather do it myself than to waste my money.
Very friendly and efficient company. Always wanting to keep up with latest developments in packaging.
