I have paid for the super platinum service twice now. They do a great job of washing and cleaning the the car. But two times in a row have managed to miss some spots of break dust on the alloys... If I go back there again, I will make sure to do a walk around before driving away.

The first experience I had with Impeccable was reasonable, aside from the extra $20 for pet hair on the floor of the car; $79 dollars all up. (No pets ever travel in the car, just transferred hair from the floor of the garage, so, not much pet hair). I obviously couldn't have been too disappointed with the result because I recommended my wife use their services, for the same car, just for an interior vacuum and wipe down as the car was washed at home recently. On arrival she was quoted $89 ($10 more than I paid last time) to vacuum and wipe the interior (that was it) for the quoted reason "We don't just do interiors". My wife thanked them and said she would go elsewhere. As she walked away the gentleman reduced the price to $55 which my wife said was reasonable. My wife waited the twenty minutes it took and was met with a car that had only been poorly rewashed and vacuumed, as "that is all the $55 package includes". Noting there was no requirement to wash the car, a reasonable person would expect that when asked to wipe down the interior instead, it would not be a problem. I understand businesses have policies (that can obviously change very quickly when you walk away from an initial quote) but if that is the case, you better believe that we will never be taking our car there again. Not a great business move.

Shocking! Looks like half the Ute never even saw a vacuum cleaner. First and last time for me at this joint.

I got platinum service done for my Camry hybrid. It was impeccable as the name says. Good job guys
