I’m not satisfied with their service as they did not clean windscreen and side screens properly, water spots are visible on it.dashboard and wheels is unclean after they did their job. They unfixed mats which I have installed last week. Overall bad service. Would not come back
Not worth the $105. I arrived to fetch and had to help clean up the side skirts and left because I couldn't be asked after noticing they did not clean the under nor did they bother to vacuum the back seats.
Very poor. My mistake not looking at previous reviews. I have spent 2 hours at home cleaning the car to an adequate standard after collection. Interior was clearly rushed with whole sections untouched. Before I’m “recommended to check before leaving” in future I was too distracted by the fact my 4WD switch was broken while cleaning. In fairness the guy said his boss would call me and arrange repair. By the time I had fixed my 4WD switch to make sure the car didn’t go into limp mode I didn’t have time to check the rest.
Interior was fine. I had scratches, water marks and stains on the right hand side mirror area. I should have checked but I was in a rush. Not bad service, was on time but definitely not worth $100.
My car was quite dirty, I paid for the $400 detail ready to sell, to the credit of Starwash they did a great job on the interior, and a pretty good job on the outside considering the previous condition, however it just wasn’t finished off to the standard you’d expect for that price, the sidesteps hadn’t been touched and were still dirty and the clay barring was clearly rushed with a few spots being missed, there was still residue on the back seats also. I can appreciate that there was staffing issues, so it would be fair to say that the A-team wasn’t on board, but the product delivered was very disappointing for the price, it was sub-standard at best and I couldn’t possibly recommend based on this fact.
