My name is S. TAMIMI. On the 26th of Nov 2016 I went through work related injury. Few days later after visiting my GP, I was referred to IMMEX by my work place since there's some sort of contract between my work place and IMMEX. I met A Dr. At IMMEX WAterloo. I told the doctor that I haven't slept for 40 hours and had headaches and that I won't be able to go to work which was in 4 hour time. But he still told me that I should be good to go to work!!! I guess he doesn't know what duty of care is.
