Imaging Associates (IA) and Imaging Associates Eastern (formerly known as Imaging Independently) are an independent diagnostic imaging practice which is owned and operated by a group of dedicated, highly specialised Radiologists.

Imaging Associates has three private clinics in Box Hill, Mitcham and Wagga Wagga.
Imaging Independently fulfills the medical imaging contract for Eastern Health at Angliss, Box Hill, Healesville and Maroondah Hospitals.

IA and II are supported by the Imaging Associates Group, which provides management services and administrative support to these entities.

I had my procedure this morning 11.30am. Receptionist Simi 4Stars for her service, welcoming, her smiles n knowledge. Hayden for explaining about my pinched nerve, the assistants that was inside the procedure room young asian girl n a curly hair guy. Thank you excellent service. The last but not least Dr Jonathan who possessed an excellent pair of hands. I checked. He assured me n asked me to stay still which i did. Im blessed with a pair of Blessed hands. Slightly uncomfortable 90% went with a Breeze when the fluid went in. Thank you kindly.
Imaging Associates Box Hill provides free and convenient parking, making it easy and safe to access. The staff are lovely and welcoming. The interior is modern, clean, and calming, with soft green and grey tones that create a relaxing atmosphere.
I attended with my elderly mother yesterday who needed a renal ultrasound. As this included the requirement of need for a full bladder, the staff went above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible. From the amazing receptionist with the blue stilettoswho pushed mum through ahead of time when she was struggling with a full bladder, to the caring radiographer who was so patient and gentle with mum, what could have been stressful and embarrassing, was instead a very positive experience. The free parking and accessible options were a very welcome surprise. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Merry Christmas!
Did not appreciate being lied to by the sonographer. I came in for my 34 week ultrasound after waiting 14 weeks for this ultrasound and the chance to see my baby again. The sonographer was rude and pushy, no time was spent trying to show us baby's face, and when we asked about seeing a 3D scan, he told us they do not do 3D scans nor have 3D machines and if we would like a 3D scan we should pay for a private provider to see one. I knew he was lying because I had heard from other mothers at Box Hill being able to get a 3D image of their babies at Imaging Associates but didn't bother pursuing it further because I'm 34 weeks pregnant, tired and exhausted aha
This review is based on price provided for a service, I called Imaging Associates Box Hill recently to enquire about an ultrasound for my right elbow and right lower arm, after being placed on hold for a few minutes, the staff member informed me that I needed to attend 2 sessions, 1 for the elbow and 1 for the lower arm and they needed to be on different days, in addition he informed me that after the Medicare rebate I would be out of pocket around $120 for each visit, I then called Lumus Imaging Blackburn South-204 Canterbury Rd, Blackburn South, they booked me for a single appointment that lasted 10 minutes and was fully covered by Medicare.nnShop around to ensure you are looking after your hard earned dollars before booking with Imaging Associates who will be happy to rip you off.
