Came here for the $48 buffet breakfast. It wasn’t too bad but I wouldn’t say it was the best. Probably rate it 3.5/5? In terms of the staff, the guy at the front greeted us with a friendly smile and a lot of warmth, but I felt like some of the other staff were really hit or miss. The chefs were friendly and some of the wait staff were too, but others not so much. The food itself had a decent range. Some international foods were available but they weren’t too good if I’m honest. There was a good range of dessert-like foods like pastries, pudding and smoothies etc, a lot of fruits whole fresh fruits, canned ones/ preserved ones and cut up ones. A good variety of bread and cereals too. At the time, there was also a chef making omelettes to order, but there wasn’t much choice in terms of what you could have in it - just cheese and/or ham. She was really lovely, but a bit more choice would be nice! Definitely a nice place, well kept and has a luxury feel. However, for the price, I reckon the range and quality of the food was lacking. Not too sure if I’d recommend it…
I Come in Uluru for a pleasure trip with my partner. The last morning before leaving we stopped to have breakfast in Ilkari restaurant. Buffe breaky We have been welcomed very good from the staff. The place is very tidy , clean and super well look after. The food is exceptional, the continental breakfast is full of different options from the savory to the sweet one. The quality was amazing and very flavorful. We were guests of the campground and they give us a discount , we payed 30$ instead of 45$ Very good deal and honestly 30$ Totally worthy. If I had time , I would have tried the dinner as well. I will recommend to go.
Beautiful food experience in a very special venue. Wonderful service, fabulous food choices and in a great location. Join Accor for discounts and points. Sails is a great spot to see Uluru and all that is central Australia.
I can't believe this restaurant cost $89.9 and that not a single dish was edible. It was that bad. No ice cream, fruit, or water. Even the seafood wasn't very fresh. Only occasionally does the waiter come to refill the water. Don't come here!Food: 1/5
Food option entrance to exit: dumpling, fried rice, tomatoes, mushroom, baked beans, bacon, pastry, bread, cheese selection, cold meat, fruits, small smoothie, chia seed pudding, cereals, juice, milk, water, egg station in the middle Cleaness: Restaurant set up was amazingly clean and well organized Coffee: Included brewing coffee and tea is served by wait staff on the table. Barista coffee is around $5.50 Customer service: Not feeling welcomed. The lady at host didn’t welcome when we enter the restarant and gave the table near the entrance even when there are lots of tables available inside. Staff in the buffet area was just standing and not helping. Only one wait staff clearing tables was friendly. Buffet food option is really nice and reommended but don’t expect good customer service.
If you're camping at Ayers Rock Resort, recommended the buffet that the resort had deal for campers. Go and have a lovely relaxing dinner. Very helpful lovely staff. Plenty of hot, cold food and seafood to choose. Delicious desserts
Yes, it’s a bit pricey for breakfast, but there’s plenty of vegan food on offer including plant-based spread for your toast and plant-based milks for your cereal. You’ll certainly not go hungry & can set yourself up for the day. The staff are delightful too. Friendly, welcoming, polite & helpful.
Dined here with my wife on our visit to Uluṟu on 4/11/2022. We enjoyed an enjoyable buffet for dinner. The choices were many and the food tasted fantastic. The choices included Indian and Chinese food and a variety of sea food. The desert choices were fabulous as well. Ella who served us even gave my wife a specially prepared plate of sweets as it was her birthday. All staff were friendly and very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.
Great restaurant with friendly staff! Loved their buffet breakfast and buffet dinner - loads of options for western food, Asian food, gluten free, seafood, desserts, pastries, fresh fruits, juices, made to order Benedict, poached eggs etc. Barista coffee is additional but great value for money, similar price to buffet you pay for in any other Accor hotel in Melbourne city. Book in for buffet dinner to get a seat right away but of course peak time at breakfast might need to wait a short time for a table. So happy with the quality and service, we’d come here again!
