Everything is pricey here, rent,Internet and laundry. Room is super tiny while you are paying expensive rent. A/C turns off every three hours. Staffs in the reception are useless and not helpful at all. Internet speed is too slow during rush hours. Residents here are so noisy while the effect of soundproofing is so awful. Also the roommates in the shared apartments are so filthy and being smelly often!! Another important thing you have to mention is that you should NEVER EVER EXPECT TO GET FULL REFUND after you left this place. If you cancel your contract, they will charge you one week rent (they said it’s cancellation fees, but it’s so unreasonable) even you have found people to take over your current contract. No matter you canceled or finished your contract, they will always be there to rip-off on you as possible as they can :-). Stay away from this place!!!

I use to really love living in this place the first time I moved in. However I guess the changes in management led to some changes that were a bit of a let down. The service especially at reception is not as good as it used to be. I hope they can improve customer service and also take better care of its residents for such a huge amount that they are charging. Other than that living here would be really comfortable and convenient.

Their internet is just annoying. Even if it's just a few seconds it disconnects everyday. And the A/C? It's also controlled by them.You pay so much money to stay here and you can't even control these commodities. Thank goodness everyone is nice here or else, I've packed my stuff and left long back.

The whole management team at Iglu is ‘amazing’, really useless, unhelpful and lated. A friendly hint for Asian people especially for CNY student, a discriminated service is welcoming u, cause all ur requests will be rejected by several different kind of unreasonable reasons or u have to wait the time that only god knows. In addition, A/C and internet are alway annoying during ur staying period. At last, ever ever ever expect that they will return 100% bond to ur bank account, and a huge amount of money will be charged when u move out, and. U don’t have a chance to know details and to get a few money back. Anyway, be aware to do the decision when wanting to find a place to live, in particular ‘on the left side of Chatswood station’!
