Staff never says hello or is normally having a conversation to other “cashiers”, always feels like I’m interrupting when going to pay for my goods. Now one of the workers was taking a video of themselves while spreading their legs never been checked out by anyone that wasn’t rude here, probably wouldn’t come here at all if it wasn’t the nearest iga
Rudest check-out staff ever. They don't speak, just grunt, barely acknowledge your existence. I'm not sayin they have no manners, just that they may as well greet people with a darn sneeze!
I visit here quite often. Parking is provided and readily available during most days with free 45 minutes ticket parking. You practically can find almost 99% necessary items that you need in this shop. However, special mention for their ready made cold and hot lunches. Ranging from asian food, burger, chips, pasta, wraps, rolls, salad and fruit salad. You can also have some bakery items as well. Price is reasonable and you are spoiled for choices. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Place is lively and have a good foot traffic.
Northbridge IGA has a great range of products and generally great staff. However, there is one staff member who is always rude or doesn’t speak to you and throws the products around. I note they have been mentioned in a previous review a few months ago.
