Everytime I visit Northbridge I have to get a meal from here.nToday was a chicken schnitzel, salad and cheese burger for a ridiculously cheap $8.5.nThey're twice to three times the size of a Macca's sh.t burger and way fresher.nYou actually need two hands to eat this masterpiece.nExceptional work IGA Northbridge.nYou never let me down.
The fruit and veg always seems old, not fresh at all.nThe self-service checkouts never work or are constantly “out of order” means there’s limited checkouts open.nNot a great choice of quality meat either.nGood variety of Ready made meals.
Terrible service! Very disappointing experience at IGAnNorthbridge.nThis Friday 20/09 I went in to make a purchase and paid with cash. The cashier, a young woman with glasses, she threw the change on my groceries with a very unfriendly attitude then quickly checked her phone. No single word of thanks and didn’t feel sorry.nI don’t mind you use phone during work because I’m not your manager but as a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. I was handed the money to your hand how come you throw the money on the table even on my groceries. I asked recipe twice she still focused her phone.
I visit here quite often. Parking is provided and readily available during most days with free 45 minutes ticket parking. You practically can find almost 99% necessary items that you need in this shop. However, special mention for their ready made cold and hot lunches. Ranging from asian food, burger, chips, pasta, wraps, rolls, salad and fruit salad. You can also have some bakery items as well. Price is reasonable and you are spoiled for choices. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Place is lively and have a good foot traffic.
I come here almost everyday and I love the food, although I wish there was more vegetarian options. Today I just purchased a spinach sausage roll and while I was eating it i found a hair in it. it really put me off and I don’t think I will buy fresh food from there again. very disappointed.
