Located in the Greenwood plaza, good place for a quick shopping
The staff are nice and polite. The store is cleaned. Prices on some items aren't too expensive and a lot of products to choose from
Am a Tennant in the same shopping centre and buy stuff here pretty well every day . Approximately spend $500 per week here . I queued up and paid for some stuff but forgot to get another item which was located right next to the cash register. Wasn’t allowed by the guy I believe manages the store to quickly pay for the extra item was made to go back to the end of a 10 person queue!!! Not the end of the world but very persnickety and enough for me to take my $25,000 worth of business to another nearby supermarket. Poor business practice and costly mistake by the manager.
Excellent service. We had to isolate prior to Christmas and these guys went to a lot of trouble to ensure we had groceries for Christmas day. Kudos to the manager and the wider team. Highly recommend
I always have a not nice experience with yoir checkout staff on a Saturdays, she was standing at the counter counting nrwspapers and i was there waiting to be served and she juat ignoring me until i call her, 2 other incidents where i asked her how much i need to pay and she said its in the machine no thanks and good mornings unlike the weekdays staff. Very nice, she iyour staff with a ponytail short lady. Not very nice. I was therewhile ago
Really good Metro type supermarket. Generally competitive prices on most items, a few really good and some not so great but overall good. A good range, with a decent gourmet selection and as I discovered today some great fresh fruit, particularly the Australian apricots i had today.
I bought some chocolate cover liquorice logs and when I got home and opened them they were all covered in mold
Clean, tidy store. Well-presented. Polite and helpful checkout staff. Update: In spite of requests for certain item information about supply, staff in charge of ordering stock are apathetic about customer satisfaction. Their attitude is if or when it comes in, it's available. This attitude pre-dates the pandemic.
Small store but has all the essentials. Love the large selection of cheeses. Sometimes find stock in the fridges a couple days out of date though but personally not bothered by it.
I had an issue that was quickly attended to but took a while to actually be resolved: due to not receiving a receipt, I couldn't prove that I didn't receive my Apples which caused great inconvenience as I had a function to bake for the next day. Luckily with cooperation of management, I received my compensation. Staff are quite friendly here if you have a specific enquiry. They have the cheapest kombucha glass bottle in the plaza with decent variety - my favourite item to shop for here.
