First of the Corner Store upgrades and wow — it’s now like a full colour street art blast — amazing to experience and solid choices for music. Add to that the incredible rotating Aldi special items of camping gear, household items, car and bike accessories, and general pricing on food items that consistently smash Coles& Woolies, and you know you are on a reliable and dependable winner.
Better to avoid. Nice and simple layout but lack of workers, self serve machines are never working or showing errors and there is one assistant who is running between one working checkout and between self serve checkouts. After I decided not to use them and use actual check out, shop assistant was thinking I am stealing and was asking to show my lunch bag for him haha that's first time if someone is doing it and it's simply ridiculous. I even didn't show what's inside just a bag and he was happy enough but just I couldn't believe it. Now this one bloke is security too and instead to do your shopping quick be prepared to stay there much longer than elsewhere
Man on the check out needs to stop checking bags and then smashing all the groceries through, piling them up when you're still sorting your bag back out. I understand he needs to get his power trip in, but the Aldi checkout process doesn't allow for the delay. Maybe sit him out the back with a CCTV monitor and some wet wipes and everyone will be happy.
loud, loud store. could not hear myself think. i absolutely did not like the way some of the products were arranged squished and ruined, some things were in the wrong places. the staff is nice but they hurry you along because they're anxious to get to the next customer. the lights are really bright and it's cold the minute you step inside. they had a pizza machine for about a week? what happened to that? they have a coffee thing at the front, so you can drink a coffee while you shop. but the coffee is not cheap. i would recommend just buying your own coffee and making it at home.
There are not enough gluten free products..
Very open shop. Good spacing between the aisles. Kept clean and tidy
