I've had a consistently negative experience with the car park at this IGA 358/364 Waterloo Rd, Glenroy. The numerous, large potholes are a serious hazard and have even caused significant damage to my vehicle. I reported the issue to the council via Snap Send Solve months ago, and also spoke to the store manager directly, who acknowledged the problem. Despite these reports, the potholes remain unrepaired and are actually getting worse. This is a significant safety concern for both pedestrians and drivers. While the store itself might be fine, the dangerous car park makes it difficult and risky to shop here. I strongly urge the management to address this issue immediately. Until the car park is fixed, I cannot recommend this IGA.
Honestly when u guys 1st opened it was kept clean and organised and the shop didn't smell of rotten fruit and veg but now the place is filthy and smells the o ly good part of the IGA is the butcher only reason I go to u guys I went there today and honestly look at this how can you SELL this sort of veggies like this this is why the shop Smells bad it's not a very nice welcoming when u get a big swift of rottern stuff
This IGA is a little hard to find as it's located in a small back street. It has had a complete facelift and is now a spacious and well presented supermarket. Well worth a visit.nAs of July 1 it is under new ownership. The store has a lot going for it and is worth a visit. The downside is that the store can only be accessed by back roads.
Good sized IGA. It was originally well-run with a bakery and liquor section. Since then I think it’s onto its second owner. It’s poorly stocked, with items missing, the bakery section shuttered and the liquor section removed.nnThe almond milk I bought had been sticky taped to keep the cap on. Pretty sure that’s not legal. I don’t know why anyone would go here. It’s depressing.
