Change your hours if you are closing your doors and not letting costumers in before 23:00 !nDon't post closing at 23:00 and your doors are closed before that .nIt's understandable the staff needs to go home too , but this doesn't give you the right, to give the wrong information to you customer by closing before the advertised closing times !nPut up the time you lock your doors as your closing time ! Not the time you expect your employees or customer ro leave the store!
Ridiculous customer service. I understand why you keep blessed medicines in the shelves, but at least assist customers when we are waiting. Get me Waiting for 15 minutes despite of calling multiple times
Actually quite nice inside. From the outside, it looks a bit old and rundown. It doesn’t help that there’s scary looking people hanging out in the car park. I honestly felt like my car might not be safe. Can’t imagine going there late at night. Hopefully the carpark is well lit.nnThe supermarket itself had well stocked shelves, fresh produce and was quite nice.

One of the most unkempt Coles I have come across. It is a very busy Coles, so it is not that there would be a lack of funds. The presence of drug addicts and weirdos near this establishment does not help either. I won't be visiting this establishment anymore. The last nail in the coffin was a man urinating on the wall between the trolley park and entrance door. Hope this part of Glenroy gentrifies soon.
