This shop charges arbitrarily and is unprofessional. This is my first visit to this shop, but it is also the most disappointing haircut experience in Hobart in 3 years.  Arbitrary charges: The billboard in front of the shop showed $35 for Women. When I arrived at the shop, I said that I would like haircut. The barber did not ask any questions, just washed my hair, and then charged $50 after the haircut. I asked that the charge is higher than the advertisement. Then, she showed her price list, which said haircut $38 for women, plus hair wash something something $50. None of the above prices are in line with the advertised price.  Unprofessional: The haircut reference I showed obviously had air bangs and I communicated with her about it during the haircut. However, she did not noticed it at all. After the cut was finished, I reminded her that there should be bangs, and then she cut the bangs. The method of trimming is completely incomparable with another Korean barber shop I have been to. And the final look is very different from the reference I gave her.  All above, this is a disappointing haircut experience. It was my mistake to try this shop without doing a good job of research in advance. Will not come again.

I had a perm and the hairdresser didn't listen to me when I told her I didn't want a really tight perm and said that it would be fine even though she was using really tiny perm rods. My hair looks like it has been crimped and is in very bad condition. The hairdresser was quite rude and unprofessional. salon was dirty and untidy

Great hair every time, I go here because she does a good job with thick hair and also uses the old school method of razor cutting :, in and out, no faffing

The lady who works here is so lovely and most of all she has really good skills. Loved my new hair cut!

Visited this hair salon on 22/09/2017, at 3pm and was told to come back at 4pm, I returned at 4pm and was told "sorry, have a customer. Come back at 4:30pm". She still had the sign displayed, saying they cut hair? A complete waste of my time. I strongly suggest NOT going here for a hair cut.

Quick, neat efficient trim. Well priced and always a good experience when getting haircut there. Emilie is good with her clients and consistent with haircuts.

My usual hairdresser. Emilie is kind but doesn't talk alot—which can be a positive or negative. She takes quick and good haircuts.

I asked for a blunt cut, 1 inch trim. The girl proceeded to cut 5 inches off the back to create layers, leaving my long hair above my shoulders. I want to cry.
