Good morning, very happy with the service. All requested work was completed. The car washed and detailed superbly. Being driven home and picked up is an excellent service. Ian Weigh Yeppoon service staff are awesome. Highly recommended. From the purchase of a new vehicle to log book servicing and genuine spare parts.

Mike's not working there in Sales any longer, but we remember his service and what a comfortable and professional experience it was to buy cars from him. We bought 2 cars from Ian Weigh and each time he served us cheerfully and faithfully. Many thanks to the Used Car Sales Manager there too. It was worth driving up from Grafton each time to buy from the Company but I would definitely only rate Mike as a Salesman and avoid the tall Aussie guy there with brown hair, in his 40's possibly, as he is extremely arrogant and typifies a high pressure type of Salesman. I complained to their General Manager Helen ? about him and she was receptive and understanding of my complaint. So thanks to Helen, I bought 3 cars from there and all the while, living in NSW and not QLD at the time.
Fantastic service yet again, that's 3 out of 3 services that I can't fault. It's great to feel comfortable knowing my car is in good hands.
