Used these guys for 2 years seem to have had a change of staff, went for a safety check on a recently purchased vehicle and was reassured was good to go. A few days later and a second opinion revealed a bubbling tyre with wires poking through. Never going back.Service: Tires
I’m local from rocky but had work up in Yeppoon, had a flat tire and they were the closest thing to me. Told me they changed the tire but when I got home I checked it again and found out that the tires they took off and replaced the nuts on the wheel were loose. Never going back again as I was driving back home on the highway at 100km/h with loose wheel nuts. I could have easily had a tire pop off on the highway and crashed. Talk about safety telling me my car was safe to drive. Please make sure to double check everything before hand and do your job because the safety of myself in my car at that time was dangerous. Even if you see an issue that your company can’t fix please communicate to your clients or refer them to a place that can fix it. You guys don’t realise that your hands are in the lives of people, who are driving the cars you ‘fix’. Please be more mindful of your job
