Hi all,nOne of there receptionist is very rude, who was there this mor. It was mine 2nd trimester screening and unfortunately due to the road accident we got late for 10-15 mins and on arrival first she mentioned about it and said it is not possible to get whole scan done today and we'll need to come back for other half may be next week, which was fine because we both were right according to the situation that time but then i asked, that's fine i want to get it done in one go if it's not possible today, I'm happy to come next week and i mentioned i don't want thses scans multiple times but she said it's not radiations and didn't allow us to even think and ask us to move in with the other scan lady who was actually lovely.nnHere my point is that i do accept it was our fault to get late for 10,15 mins despite the situation wasn't in our handsthere was road accident on the road but please understand we also don't get chance sometimes to get service exactly on our scheduled time and we also waited patiently for 20, 25 mins many times because we understand it happens very often here in most of the practice services and over this situation noone has right to ruin special moments like someone's pregnancy ultrasound scans. Now we're in situation to hang in there and worried for whole week to get second time 2nd trimester screening done because we've been told that they couldn't see baby's head and face clearly in the scan. Just imagine how stressful it is, if it's not supppose to get done today then we shouldn't get punished like this way that wait until next whole week. I was happy to come back and get whole thing done next week but someone chose to punish us in her own waysadly this wasn't my first experience with this reception lady, it's second time. Please try to listen and understand others too, i know you're doing your job and it's been a while we're also living in this country and have met such lovely spoken people specially in medical department otherwise may be next time I'll also not choose to come back on your desk and moreover I've read other reviews too and there also people mentioning about reception lady, wondering if it's the same!!nnThank you
From reception to nurses radiologists and radiographers the staff of IMED at Forest Lake are exemplary. Smiles, empathy, consideration and explanation all accompany their amazing and professional service, all of which help with the relaxation of the patient through procedures that are sometimes scary. I applaud and appreciate such high standards.
I am very satisfied with my experience with I-Med Radiology Forest Lake. From the lovely admin/medical reception Kylie who has been really welcoming and kind. And then the nurses and Dr. were also amazing, thanks nurse Amanda and Dr. Patel for the seamless experience. I was already scared and in pain but you made the experience really seamless and easy. Thank you again so much.
