I called this clinic on a Monday morning- at 930, an hour and a half after they open. By 1030 I had already had my MRI and was heading home.nnThe admin staff were so helpful, that I was able to squeeze into an opening, but I had to be there soon. To be able to manage last min bookings like that, whilst dealing with I assume the typical Monday morning catch up and patients- I was impressed.nThen I was having a complete mind blank and had to attempt multiple times to pay, as I forgot my pin. But the staff were so kind and didn't make me feel any more uncomfortable than my own embarrassment did.nThe area was clean, with a water dispenser, a large amount of seating and a TV.nThe clinical staff were kind, and very polite.
Had several varying scans here, they are brilliant, nothing is too hard, they are understanding and compassionate to your needs, will not go elsewhere
Amazing people every one is so lovely and professional they are always helpful. You are always welcome.. Everything is always clean and sanitise. I recommend this to anybody who chooses to go through IMed at Forest Lakegreat
Was very excited to have our 20 week obstetrics scan, a hiccup with the referral from my referring doctor meant I had an invalid referral for my appointment. Lisa, one of the lovely administrators went above and beyond to contact my referring clinic to help keep my appointment since I had taken a day from work for the appointment. I really appreciated this compassion and support in a stressful situation. Thank you Lisa!
I have an appointment on 27/5/2024 930am cancelled when I arrived to find out there is a $190 upfront charge and the rude sounding reception said I should have received a message or email about the payment. However there was no hint or mention of payment in ANY of the emails and messages sent to me. Checked my spam’s and there was none. All my past abdominal ultrasound was bulk billed, even with this provider.nThanks for wasting my time. Exact Radiology has this bulk billed.
