Reception were great at getting me an emergency appointment at xmas time 2016 when all doctors in the area were fully booked or on holiday and I was close to calling an ambulance for something. However the female doctor I saw was angry to see me before I even sat down and also angry to treat me, really no need for this disrespect during a major illness. Horrible experience in a time of need.

As said by someone else, doctors are good but reception staff has habit of closing doors early and saying on phone they are close..happened with me last year..It was an emergency. called at reception she said we are close at 6 p.m. but still I thought to try and went there..She said closed but doctor came out and asked us to come in.. later she was happy when we were able to pay her in cash being a private insurance patient ..because she has cleared her accounts half an hour early

Doctors are very caring and knowledgeable and give you a lot of their time. Would have been lost without them this past year. Counter staff are friendly and efficient. Waiting times are not too long. Highly recommended

Dr Zorzetto is not at the practice any more and yet his photo still appears in the ad. The centre is not as good as it used to be.

Doctors are good but the reception seems to have a habit of turning their phones off and locking doors before their actual closing time.. not a few mins early a few hours early!
