RIP offs. Got my car there for WOF couple of times & every time they just bring up stuff we need for WOF and bloody expensive (even for near new cars) i don't recommend to anyone at all. Go somewhere else, even AA for wof is better than these

Took my Bmw (XVIRKX) there to service. First lady at the counter tried to overcharge me $50 for WOF and then got few things pointed out to fix for WOF, I asked mechanic I knew (wish had gone to him before) and told me those things would have been perfectly safe for another year or so and then I drive gave me a quotation of $565 to fix it and I tried outside and got everything fixed for only $286.33 only, u can see the difference how much they overcharge and lady at counter needs a replacement too I would suggest. Definitely never going back there and won't recommend to anyone. It's heaps of fair price genuine mechanics in New Plymouth. What a waste of money. Won't happen again, lesson well learnt. I have to type little more to bring it to owner's attention who replied my original post. First of all I do understand just well enough what I get told, another thing to admit is that you guys don't know how to explain things then. If those things had nothing to do with Warrant of Fitness, then you could have just said these things need to be replaced of your car but totally up to you when to do it. (Thousands of cars do okay on roads without good air filters). But instead of that, we were told from you guys that those things need to be done for Warrant and I'm 100% sure of it. And you guys wrote it on Warrant page which means what? I won't recommend to anyone and I will post on my facebook and twitter every week or month about it and how you guys try to put everything on customers too (like how they don't understand properly) if they give honest review. It's a rip off. Never go to I- DRIVE.
