Bought a car in a used car dealership. Seeing it has full service history with mark cromie, i decided to bring it to them for periodic maintenance service. At first i was nervous about the pricing and the not-so-good reviews they are getting. Also, i am new to the country so i don’t know what to expect. But the experience turned out to be smooth as silk. Staff were friendly. Service was quick as a breeze. And pricings are very reasonable.nThanks MCMG! See you next time!
My battery was flat, called out the AA, the repair man jump started my car.nUnfortunately a warning light kept flashing despite a drive of over 20km. I pulled into Mark Cromie Motors and explained my predicament.nDespite not having an appointment, a supervisor from the workshop took my car and carried out diagnostic checks which indicated the need for a new battery.nThis was supplied and fitted from stock. I cannot recommend this dealer enough.
I highly recommend Cromie. My truck broke down and I pretty much immediately needed a new one. A special thanks here to James Ostle, Sales manager and Selwyn Kahotea, Business manager for their absolute outstanding service ! I walked in Monday morning and picked up the truck 24 hrs later. Amazing customer service here ! Here you get looked after ! Next truck definitely here again. Thank you very much... Cheers
This has been the worst service I have ever experienced. From the start we were discriminated against and talked down to. There was snarky and rude comments made the whole way. After the test drive we started feeling pressured to buy the car. Once we said we need to think and talk about it amongst ourselves, the sales man started to get annoyed with us. After 2 days we get a call asking if we want to buy the car and say we have found something else so they started to accuse us of wasting their time. This is the worst service I have ever seen and will never be going here again.
The service team are fantastic. Came here with an ignition problem that could have meant a tilt tray home for the car. They diagnosed and replaced a dud ignition coil really quick.nnHighly recommended!
