Went to return a pair of shoes that I literally had tried on only to see if they fitted properly at home and decided they weren’t for me. Had the receipt and the bag and I was told because I didn’t have the box, they could not be returned. Absolutely FURIOUS. Staff were rude, unapologetic and unhelpful. Says nothing on the receipt about having to keep the box. Never heard of such a ludacris thing! Now I’m stuck with these shoes when I have a perfectly good receipt showing proof of purchase!
Great customer service from the girl who was working solo despite it being very busy in store. She helped me find the right size and style in various brands despite the colour I wanted not being available.
A massive thankyou to a young man named cam from the eastland store we went in today with manufacturing fault nd his customer service was above and beyond, 5 stars to cam for being an asset to any company for dealing with angry people continuing to stay humble nd have 3 customers that WILL now return happy, well done Cam
I walked into this store today, looked at a few shoes for a few minutes, no staff in site, when someone finally came out I wasn’t approached or given any assistance, so I walked out & bought shoes elsewhere.
I visited the store with my brother and his girlfriend during the Black Friday sales 27 Nov. The sales assistant Faye? was seemingly working the store on her own but she was so helpful, hunting down various sizes and styles of shoes even though she was clearly under the pump. She was very helpful and accommodating and we left with some awesome shoes. Thanks heaps, would recommend!
Shopped at night on Thursday 26th May and was browsing and attempting to try on some display shoes. The person working didn't acknowledge us or offer help the entire time. I left annoyed at the lack of service.
In hype ringwood at this point want to get shoes and both male and female store clerks ignored me and my brother and served the younger cuter girl I there same age as store clerks only when I was finally writing this and walking out they asked if we needed help, said I wanted shoes but I'm not interested anymore and walked out, first time I. Hype and it will be my last
Walked in tonight 06/09 with the full intent to purchase some shoes, and totally ignored by the guy and girl in there. Good store but useless staff. Hell I could have flogged a pair of shoes and they wouldn't have noticed.
Great prices but service wasn't the best, the workers were more interested in talking to each other .
Better than platypus shoes in many ways
