From start to finish I can’t rate the team better. The quote was great, the system designed for our house was not a generic cheapest option that they can do with upgrades but exactly what we needed from the start. I got six quotes and no one quoted to our exact needs but Hydrotherm. Installation was perfect the two guys did a great job and even worked around me sleeping post night shift with the loud noises. From initial visit to finished installation was two weeks (it pays to install in summer). Great price, amazing service.

We were throughly satisfied with the service, professionalism and politeness of everyone who works at Hydrotherm. From the beginning of the process, a representative came to our house and spent several hours assessing the best place to install the panels and the heating unit itself. We felt that this was going to be company who was interested in doing a thorough job and who catered for any individual differences. The tradesmen came on the appointed day, were hard working and polite and yes cleaned up after themselves. There was a minor problem with one of the panels and they returned willingly, took care of the problem and were courteous. This is a company that provides an excellent standard of service, professionalism and were competitive with their quote. Helen and Richard

We had our hydronic heating installed by hydrotherm in June and would highly recommend this company. During the quoting process they were efficient and on time with useful recommendations as to the best array for our system. Despite us booking months ahead around the settlement date of the property they commenced exactly on the agreed day. I was particularly impressed with the installers who managed to get into our roof space and laboriously wriggle pipes between the two storeys of the house so they didn't have to be placed going up the outside walls of the house. They also managed to navigate the spaghetti of old gas pipes under the house to ensue the boiler was placed where we wanted it. Despite these difficult tasks the job came in as quoted and the heating has worked perfectly ever since installation.

Hydrotherm have done a few projects for me, all have been delivered in an efficient and professional manner. They are accommodating and solution focused with respect to challenges faced during construction. The after sales services was excellent when required.

We are extremely happy with our decision to install hydronic heating throughout our home. Love it! We are just as happy with our decision to deal with Hydrotherm. Very professional, reliable, super helpful and passionate about what they do. Highly recommend them!
