I generally frequent Hydrant on Hay most days for coffee; however, today, I decided to order some food. I ordered a ham, tomato and cheese toasty with no ham, which was initially made with ham and the lovely bar attendant intercepted it prior to it being given to me. After waiting some time for them to, what I thought remake it, I finally received my cheese and tomato toasty only to get back to the office to notice that it still had ham stuck to and under the cheese. They have obviously just gone back to the kitchen and taken the ham out. This is a very poor level of service and wont be coming back anytime soon. Thanks Hydrant on Hay for making me a toasty that I had to throw out . . .
Very good & reasonably priced brekkie. Enjoyed a free dessert too compliments of the chef.
