Everything is way overpriced and poor quality, just bought a roast beef and gravy roll for $9.50 and beef was not ever proper beef it was the shaved beef you buy at deli supermarkets. It's no wonder yous are currently up for sale at the moment. Only compliment is the staff are friendly.

yesterday purchased a large chips before the Christmas parade. Guess what I just realised the lady charged me $17 just for the large chips. She didn't even give me the receipt so I only knew after I checked my bank account. totally rip off.

This place is awesome. First time in Perth and the lady who served me was so friendly. Atmosphere is great, breakfast was awesome and so is the latte. I was looking for a place i could have breakfast at 6am and this place provided everything I wanted. Thank you. I will be back!

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Huge cooked breakfast and coffe included for $11. J and Steve are really friendly. Many regulars dine here. We stay in a hotel nearby which charges $35 for breakfast that is not cooked to order like it is here. Save yourself some coin if you are in the area.

If you like your baked goods to taste like the cling-wrap they have been wrapped in since last week, then this place is for you.

Simply the best meat pies in Perth. Would love them to enter in the Royal Show competition and be rewarded with dozens of ribbons. Great coffee and very friendly hosts.

Ordered the pasta of the day . Bacon,chicken and mushroom. Extremely overpriced, oily and a very small helping of meat. Where is the sauce??
