The colour matches is absolutely terrible. I’ve have been back-and-forth with the actual rep who deals with the colour matching even came out to the property to match it. Afterwards did not take responsibility and blamed it on the finish but clearly it does not match at all. I look at it every day, and I am so unhappy. It costs a lot of money and dont have enough money to rip it up and redo it.
Had an issue with concrete cracking. Had 600m2 laid and the last 50m2 was noticably different to other batches which had no problem with. Company eventually came out to take a look and wouldn't fix saying it was within tolerances. Felt like a standard response. I'm left with very ugly strip of concrete at front of driveway. Also when asked for the batch analysis paperwork was refused. If your thinking of using this company think twice. Not professional.
We are owner builders and used Hi Tec on a pour for our house and although we had some issues with the concrete that was delivered, and I don't blame Hi Tec but a series of unfortunate human error happenings that created our drama. I was very happy with the way Hi Tec dealt with us as a client and I certainly would recommend them for their prompt service. I will always use them above any other company. I dealt with Harry from head office and he was a calm helpful voice that supported me through till the concrete was polished.
Good product. Rude driver! Half way through the pour he stopped and sat in his cab for his 15 minute break, leaving 4 workers and a concrete pump standing about stunned and idle!nHad he waited 30 mins until the pour was completed he could have taken his break without problem.nTerrible service!!
