Big fan of HJ's and get it often. We got a double ultimate whopper and a classic fried chicken burger at this store right on 12pm. Both buns were old and broke apart with very little touch. The burgers were tepid and flavorless. Very dissatisfied.
I ordered a super stunner meal and an iced coffee. The super stunner meal was not only cold but missing the ice cream, and the iced coffee tasted like water mixed with milk; there was no coffee flavour whatsoever. The young lady at the window was also disrespectful and generally unhappy I guess that’s what it’s like to work there.
Slow drive thru waited 15 mins for 2 burgers. Asked twice if we had drink then tried to give more drinks, forgetful and unprofessional I know its a fast food place but damn they are slow and ditsy recommend going to falcon hjs at least they can remember thing for more than 5 seconds.Food: 2/5
Had a issue with uber eats not delivering the full order went in and pick the food up myself and when dealing with the staff the young girl was rude and making pathetic statements saying “trying to get free food” also had another customer have their order not right. They were quite rude to her and taking their time. Bunch of undisciplined and unmannered teenagers. If they keep that attitude up they wont go far in life and still be working fast food or no job. Joke of a place
This store obviously does not know what Fast Food means. Visited this store during slow time and sat in my car waiting 15 min??? Other time I went in and not interested in serving me but loved talking of their plans for weekend. Manager needs to reaccess his staff, worst I've ever come across.
My friend and I went to HJ'S on a Sunday night at about 7:30 my friend ordered a rebel whopper once we left and got back home my friend took one bite of her burger and noticed it was a double whopper my friend has been vegan for 7 years and is absolutely disgraced we called to get a replacement order and turns out they ran or the rebel whopper and they must of thout it was okay to give us a normal whopper,.once back to get replacement it took them 30-45 minutes for us to just get the replacement. And to make things even worse we saw a cockroach crawling on the floor none of the workers tried to kill it and a customer ended up stepping on it and none of the works even tried to pick it up and put it in the bin. I have photo prof of the cockroache. Not happy
We came when it wasn't peak and waited in the drive through with three cars. Service was so slow we reversed out and ate in. This place is filthy! I am talking long term filth from the entrance to the dining areas and the service counter. Window sills, tables, windows, doors, poles, everything so dirty. The service counter was sticky, had food and drinks spilt on it but no one noticed. We stood waiting, again not peak but they could have been doing uber or menu log. Plenty of busy staff and no one acknowledged us. No hi, we will be with you shortly, nothing. All the staff looked unhappy, not one of them looked like they wanted to be there. When our order was finally taken, again no greeting just a stressed what can I get ya. We ate amongst the the long term filth watching the stressed staff and won't be back. We will stick to Meadow Springs where it's clean. To the hungry jacks franchise please do a mystery shopper franchise inspection and see for yourself. It was so bad I tried to call the franchise but only email contact.
Don't bother coming here go to medowspring came here tonight staff to wrapped up talking about the home life to notice you bugers on counter for at least 10 minutes with no heating no orders just made and give to who ever comes in and when i asked for no salt on chips they made me feel like I had asked them to give me a million dollars
Not too bad forgetful with their orders sometimes you often have something missing. And with the Bunless burger for people on keto when explaining how to get it done goes on deaf ears No bun = using meat patties as bun so one meat patties On. Bottom followed by salad ect then sauce then once filled add meat on top and wrap like burger. Always end up with the whole lot thrown into a box in no particular order
Make sure you fill up on fuel before entering this drive through , bring a snack and something to drink , maybe a good book to read . If you have kids you will have to make up that they missed there birthday this year in the drive through. Eventually you will get to first window and see a "next window please" sign or something like that . For such a short drive through that second window will seem impossibly far away . After much time has passed you will make it to the second window and be greeted by no form of apologies or cordiality . You pay and then receive an order ...this may not be your order . But in truth you no longer care . I've got to say it's like a roller-coaster because once you enter the driveway, your not getting out until the ride is over and the ups and downs are your emotions as you think in your mind " let me off ..let me off!! " ..you will be pleased to know there is a petrol station about 50 or so meters away . You will now need this after idling though all of your fuel and it won't be that far to push your car . Unfortunately it wasn't an option for me as I entered this driveway unprepared but in my personal opinion it may be a good idea to erect a tent near by and return to your vehicle as needed to move it . Also there is no option for giving minus stars rating so I have been generous and awarded mandurah forum Hugry jacks 1 star . It has now come to my attention there is a multiple choice section of this review . The questions , option and then my actual choice is as follows . Did you dine in,take out , or get delivery Dine in take away delivery My choice not a option Extended stay What did you get? Breakfast brunch lunch dinner other My choice in this case was also not an option Someone else's Breakfast for lunch How much did you spend per person? The options are various dollar amounts, but again there is no choice for my option which would be in time minutes hours days weeks years Can you say more about these options? Well there's a few missing questions Did you have to urinate or deficate in your vehicle? How many days of school did your children miss? Did you require an oil/coolant change or major vehicle service while in the drive through . What year was it when you entered/ exited the drive through . Seriously,how much would someone have to pay you to go on this ride again?
