ordered off menulog and our driver was not given the second bag with all of our drinks and ice cream. we spoke to the driver and he showed us his car to prove he only had one bag. Called the restaurant and the manager told us they handed out both bags and did not give us any compensation. We could not even drive to the store to pick up the order that was missing. Manager clearly believed the lies of these lazy workers and take their word instead of investigating the issue. I was being polite and met with great amount of attitude and refused to reason with me.
Waited 20 mins just to get the most cold chips, chicken pops and onion rings. It's really not that hard just serve warm food for your customers but this place just doesn't care I guess. Plus I didn't even get my sauces that I paid for. Waste of money, waste of time and definitely didn't enjoy my meal. This place struggles just to get the basic and bare minimum right.
Went through the drive-thru it took about 30 to 40 minutes got a double whopper meal and 4 BBQ cheeseburgers the cheeseburgers were fine the chips were fine meaning they were hot but the double whopper was dead cold and a little to burn and hard on the outside meat patties I spoke to the manager Taylor and she said she would only replace the burger and not the meal which is the reason why I go to hungry jacks and why I pay for a meal so I can sit down and eat it as a meal she said that's the policy and because the chips were hot she would only replace the burger very silly decision hungry jacks she said it's your policy so I have been one of your most loyal customers for years including my family will not be coming back and I did not receive my burger so I just got ripped off and wasted my time I will be going to Carl's Jr from now on as they care about their customers all over a little bit of coke and a little bit of chips considering I go down and buy my family ultimate burger meals on a regular basis very smart manager very smart policy one of the other
Getting orders incorrect and missing items appears to be the order of the day for this store. Tonight is the 3rd consecutive time have been short changed with the order. Not just chips but burgers and other items as well. Will not be going back. Do not recommend
The night manager on tonight 22/10/22 is a joke she shouldn't be in customer service...Worst hungry jacks I've ever been to.. ordered off menulog and only received the drinks from a whole family meal then when i drove all the way down to collect it everything was cold so I drove back a second time only to Be told they had called the police on me...for what!!! Wanting my food hot and fresh that I payed $70 for!! Absolutely pathetic I won't be back
So we drive up to get a meal and a few drinks, we pull up and as expected nothing is working but hey it’s the meme right? First off we get handed a frozen drink, we get told “hey sorry its really messy” sure was and then the lid popped off and spilled everywhere. Then we get the order in a bag, the bag rips open as it enters the car and spills chips and burgers everywhere My centre console has tomato’s in it with Mayo everywhere and my drivers foot well is covered in chips and salt. What was the response from the store ? “Yea the bags are shit” Sweet so my weekend will be cleaning slat out of my carpet, remember folks, some people are car people and salt through their carpet is pretty hard to accept.
Waited 10 mins for someone to serve us and take our order. The food was fine and didn't take long. The place was filthy! We sat inside as it was a hot day and it was so dirty! Food on the tables and seats, floors were disgusting, needs a really good clean!Food: 3/5
Service in the drive thru is disgusting. I felt as though I was intruding by just being there. Staff need to grow up. The chips also need filling to the top. I have complained many times and had to get out of my car to get them redone infront of me 5 times before they actually filled them up. I want the food I actually pay for, not half filled. Ask for the vegan grilled whopper and get the alternative. They never tell me its not available right now, they just give me a vegan cheese burger and send me on my way. Never going to Browns Plains HJs again Parking: The parking is near impossible to get out of during certain times. Drive thru line gets banked up behind you and then you're stuck. People are just rude.
My son wanted a burstie drink on the way home 1 flavour of burstie like really. You want people to spend money but you can't keep a store stocked and of course the flavour he wanted wasn't available. Come on get it together or won't be back
Jai and his team did an awesome job today. The service was fast. The store was clean and the staff was very professional Great job and well done
