Diabolical service. I ordered chips without salt on the in-store self serve, I don't mind waiting extra time for them but we waited 35 minutes and the chips with the order still had salt. Other minor changes to the order were ignored too. We definitely won't be back here. Soooo slow. The staff were too busy chatting and socializing with each other rather than serving customers. It wasn't at all busy. I hope someone important reads this and has a chat with the team about service.
Outstanding performance. Served quickly, food was fresh, food was prepared in a very presentable way, food was great, drinks were great. Well done.
Well, sadly, the burgers on the TV advertisements look a lot better than the real thing.nI settled on a chicken burger. The chicken breast was tender & fresh but the lettuce was tired.nnStaff were friendly, but the floor & tables were spoilt by significant quantities of leftover food & wrappers.nnMy partner and I intended to dine in but retreated to the car to eat after viewing the mess inside.
It’s not very often that I write a review for a fast food chain, but I had too after my experience tonight, I’m a man who truly enjoys pickles and so often I am let down, especially by Maccas. But tonight approx 2am on 18/11/24, the woman working the drive through really understood what I meant by EXTRA PICKLES. 100% props to her!
Ordered food here in the early hours of the morning 7/12/24. I have never recieved a better order from hj’s and i eat here multiple times a week. There was seemingly only one guy operating the store as it was 4am, food came out in impressive time for only one person doing it all AND my order was completely correct. I add modifications to my orders for allergies and not always do i recieve exactly what i ordered, but whoever was working at 4am this morning was an absolute legend. Give this guy a promotion NOW
