We have been coming here every Sunday morning, via drive through for the past 6 months. We have finally had enough of poor service and incorrect orders. We only order medium chips and a medium flat white but consistently are given the wrong sizes, no serviettes or chips are cold. We need to ask for serviettes which are handed to us all screwed up. The customer service person rarely hears our order correctly first time. Receiving our order takes way too long when we watch the cars move quickly through McDonald's right next door. This is our last visit won't be back. 2 star review today as the chips were hot today.
This store rather loose customers then serve you . They will not accept vouchers unless they are paper copies. Who gets them these days . HJ is a loud to email vouchers to use at there stores but want you to print them out and can't use the digital one. I know I never will go back . I rather go to another.
Highly recommended going anywhere but here. To try and be fair, I ate here three times before reviewing. I know this is a 'fast food' place but when you pay over $30 for two burgers and some chips then you, at the very least, expect it to be warm. Nope! Cold, old, and just tough. Bought the Carolina Angus tonight and it's honestly the most disappointing burger I've ever eaten. Staff didn't even say hello, just an eftpos machine shoved out the window quickly followed by a bag of disappointment. The burgers are NOT better at his Hungry Jacks.
they messed up our order. charged us for a meal and gave us the wrong one. was missing a burger, nuggets and sauces. We called and they made us drive back after getting home to get the new order. half an hour spent trying to get our proper meal. waste of time.
Try to attend the activities from official web, but this stores staff said not accept digital copies,only printed paper…what? Waste money and unnecessary, not eco friendly! Maybe she just doesn’t want to take my order. Who knows. The worst Hungry jacks I have ever seen.
