Horrible experience. Messed up with my order for the second time. Did ask the guy to change the order but gave me really bad attitude over the phone. Spoke to store manager TJ and had no resolution. Zero stars. Not giving my business again.
First of all, pizza was really really bad. Thick cheese all over and veggies were raw and big. Ordered vegetable pizza, idk why it was so spicy to eat. Bad experience.
I would give Zero star or less if possible. Domino's should strictly take action against this store. This is the 2nd time we ordered pizza from this store. And this will be the last one.
Saurabh or Saurav.. what ever his name is.. always has this stressed enviornment.nI have ordered a million times from this store ..nbut with this guy on the shift .. it’s always a wrong order or wait for more than 20 min in store..nEVEN after online online has shown ready.. FOR LIKE 10 min.nnand still comes up with wrong order.nnHighly unprofessional and tells us to be more patient.nIf it was the 1st time.. acceptable .. but everytime with him.nHis staff around him looks under immense pressure.nnInstead of taking order from one person/ customer at one time in front in store, wants to attend phone calls, wants to do checkout and billing..nnObvious mistakes and tells us to be more patient and be nice to people.
