Basically no counter service. Ordered on the touch screen as no one was making to the counter, to busy supplying the drive through and uber drivers.nMultiple orders left on the counter /no order docket to tell who's meals were whos or what was in the bag, even though we requested dine in option. End up after 10 minutes of waiting after name called out that turns out our food bag was at one end of the counter and drinks at the other.nReheated the burgers/chips were cold and heavily salted. No one was offered the glasses with every large meal even thou was advertised on the screens.nTables not cleaned.nWont be back, poorly run HJ franchise.nPS. Sent email to HJ's customer service commenting on our experience. After 2 weeks still no reply via email or phone call.
Every Saturday we eat takeaway breakfast from HJs as we live behind it. And every saturday they make terrible mistakes in order, then again either i have to get down from the car and explain the order or drive back from home and do the same. It has only happened when a middle eastern bad mannered women is the manager. She has misbehaved each time i went back picking up their mistake. And there was even one time, instead of apologising for their mistakes she brought up personal topic and talked the rudest customer service of my Australian life. She does not hold HJs customer service values and also lacks in manner.
Very rarely get my drive thru order correct. chips are always over salted and always have that staleness to them. Just pretty dodge overall.
This has to be one of the worst Hungry Jacks. I’ve been going to Byford HJs for years but it has recently become ridiculous. I just waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order of 1 large meal. Let that sink in… 40 minutes. The week before, over 30 minutes. And it’s not isolated, other local people are saying the same thing. What is happening? It’s the same manager on each time, so maybe that’s it? Or is it the priority of Uber/Doordash? Do they need more workers? Whatever it is, someone needs to fix it before others decide to just give up on Byford HJs too.
Bunch of kids mucking around with their mates. Wouldn't phase us if the food quality was at least good. Would have been better off putting cash in the bin rather than wasting time and fuel.
