The pizza felt like a day old Pizza. It was very chewy!! I've worked in pizza as my first job and I made the dough every morning to rise into fresh batches for lunch and night service. So I'm no fool to recognise extra chewy and difficult to chew day or two old pizza.nnI know Byford is a small town and the business is concerned about waste and optimising profit. But going the short cut, will decrease sales, and as a franchisee, you'll be asked to explain why. Keep food a quality. It's also for customers health and safety. Don't go cheap or we won't be customers again.
The last 3 times I’ve ordered from you the pizza has been under cooked. No crispy crust, soggy dough and pepperoni isn’t crispy and is also undercooked. Maybe cook your pizzas for a couple minutes longer, or up the temp!nnWent there again tonight asked for them to Cook the pizza a bit longer than usual, the 18yr old was like yeah no worries. Made no difference, they didn’t cook it longer. Absolutely useless young staff that don’t care about their job.
Not worth the money! The Loaded Fries are definitely a flop and waste of money paid $18.95 for a sprinkle of toppings and sauce! Loaded Pepperoni always a hit not so Loaded this time.nnWe’ll stick with Pizza hut
Ordered a half-and-half pizza one half was supposed to be supreme and the other half was chicken and bacon, The supreme half was supposed to have no bacon which to my surprise had bacon. It also had barbecue sauce on the base. I don’t eat barbecue sauce. It also had no capsicum on it, so we rang up Domino’s Byford and told them they had got it wrong. The night manager who was quite smug and rude Continue to tell us that we had removed quite a few things, I know that I removed quite a few things. I don’t eat bacon, I don’t eat ground beef, I didn’t want The spinach all the spring onions so I know what I ordered but this half of the supreme as I said came with barbecue sauce and bacon and no Capsicum The smug night manager didn’t want to help didn’t want to remake the pizza Didn’t want to give us a refund. Didn’t want to do anything. She proceeded to tell us that that was correct, Also told us next time we should order a whole pizza instead of half-and-half, why offer half-and-half if you can’t read the instructions, I have the receipt. I know exactly what I ordered Absolutely disgusting service you should be ashamed of yourself dominoes and for hiring such an incompetent manager who clearly can’t read is disgusting, We had to drive down there for her to do nothing after it was a delivered order. Absolutely disgusting service. We used to order pizza once a week from there I will never order from Domino’s ever again
I order the vege plant base pizzas and other ones for the rest of the family. Top quality ingredients, arrives hot and fresh in an excellent time frame. Very happy. Thank you for the extra churros!
