always make mistakes on orders and the staff aren't very friendly. i'm sick of hungry jacks, obviously not specifically the blackwood location's fault at how rapidly downhill hungry jacks is going, but the staff could at least not make sloppy mistakes and try a bit harder.
I usually stop off at Blackwood for a coffee in the morning if I do not grab one from Hackham. I am very impressed with the staff's friendliness, but they constantly get the size of my coffee wrong. I make sure I say the size of the coffee I want with emphasis and it is still like a lucky dip as to what I get. Have not got time to complain while there as I am on my way to work.nI understand they are kids, but this coffee making business really needs to be addressed.
The staff are nice enough. However when I went to try a sundae it looked nothing like the one on the Hungry Jack's website which clearly has biscuits on the bottom and sauce in the middle. This makes me think it was a rushed job. This was also after I wanted a shake but the shake machine was broken.
A bin in the middle of the ONLY disabled car park is not a good look. Parking is not very close to the door and the fact that you have to walk in front of people exiting the drive through is scary. The entrance is not disability friendly as there is not much kerbing and the entrance is narrow. The dining area looks uncomfortable and not very welcoming. Probably a good HJ's to order via drive through but I would not recommend dining in.
Always slow and cold.nOnly fast food drive through in Blackwood, which is why this place is still open. Super slow. Always have to wait in waiting bay and food still comes out cold and missing items.
