Would provide a zero star rating if possible.nOrdered a pizza online on 30/01/2024 at lunchtime, was provided pick-up time & upon arriving at the store, discovered it was closed when it should have been open.nNo communication or notice from the store providing information as to the closure, nor from head office. It should not have been possible to place an online order with Domino's Blackwood if the store has been closed. They still have my payment. Very disappointing experience overall & unacceptable service.nIt is now 31/01/2024 & the store is still closed at 1:46PM...
VERY fast service. I’ve ordered from here many times and it takes only 10 minutes for pickup and 20 for delivery. Huge amount of options for pizzas. I usually get the mega meat lovers or the pepperoni pizza. Pizza price can range from $5-25 or even higher depending on if you add stuff or go with the premium pizzas. My pepperoni with cheese crust was $8.50.
What the hell is going on Dominos Blackwood, my kids decided to place an order today at your store, money was paid and taken then they were given a delivery time. Delivery time came and went and the app kept saying it was in process of being made but seemed to be stuck on this . After being left waiting for quite some time and ringing the store numerous time and no one answering we drove to the store to find a note written in pink pen saying the store was closed temporarily. Contacted the Hub store who informed us that this was not company policy and to contact head office straight away to get a refund. Wonder how many other customers were inpacted by this. Had to give one star but you definitely don't deserve it.
Ordered for a childs party. They failed to do the complete order which put my party timeline behind having to go back for pick up and having to wait for the 2 pizzas that weren't made once they searched for and found the order docket.
We have ordered from this store previously and it has been fine - with the exception of tonight. Placed an order online, hadn't received it within an hour, phoned them up only to be informed that they didn't have time to deliver the pizza by close it had been placed just before 8.30pm. No phone call from them to advise us of this. Just a shrug off and a pitiful sorry and that is it. So 9.45pm, hungry and we have nothing. And we haven't received a refund yet.
