I once went to this store and saw that they were selling some kiwi fruit. I saw that the fruit appeared old, softened and bruised on the outside. I brought this to the attention of the shop owner, who tried to push the sale. She promised that although the fruit looks like that on the outside, they are good to eat on the inside. So I trusted her and bought the fruit. When I got home to try the fruits, they were actually rotten inside. So I called the store to alert the store owner of what I have discovered. They hesitated to provide a refund, but rather turned around, and blamed the customer. "You should have looked more carefully before you purchased the fruit." But didn't you promise that although they look bruised on the outside, they were still good to eat? This should have been reported to the ACCC.
