Brunching here on Labour day. Busy time kitchen looks to be having difficulty keeping up with demand. Happy with meals when they did arrive. Tasty food , well presented really great mushrooms. Fish dish a little disappointing- would be better with fry’s.
We stopped in here for a cold drink after walking around Devonport beach. The food in the cabinet looked very good and the menu was well rounded. There is plenty of seating both indoors and, outdoors under an umbrella for shade. The location is easy to get to, a 3 minute walk from the beach and ferry terminal.
Gorgeous food. Interesting religious themed art. The eggs benedictine was lush.
Absolutely the best food i have ever eaten. The chef has done a tremendous job in presentation as well as taste. I caught a glimpse of her as i was leaving and she was very cute too so that is a bonus! Can't wait to go back and pay for some delicious Eggs Benedict.
As a group of three we each ordered the marinated tofu scramble breakfast. Worst cafe food I've ever bought. Tiny amount of sloppy tofu in a bbq style sauce. Oily chunks of potato, limp oily red capsicum slices, and a weird pile of vegetable chips. We complained but were told that this was just what the dish was usually like. Food was so bad that we ate some bits but left most of it. Avoid if looking for vegan food. Cabinet food looked good. Coffee was good. Service was awful.
Great coffee and super-sized tasty scones. Some may not like the artwork but it certainly adds to the atmosphere and ambience.
Great food. A little expensive and the coffee order was wrong at first, but worth a visit for the food. They have vegan and gluten free options too.
Friendly staff and big portion sizes. However, my salad was lacking some taste and the chicken was quite chewy. This was quite disappointing, since this place is a tad pricier.
Best savoury muffins ever! The coffee is delicious too. Love the warm and cosy decor too.
Great spot in the centre of Devonport. Huge portions for those with a big appetite. I like that it stays open later than many other cafes.
