If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely fried my hair, no apology and still expected me to pay. Just don’t know what they are doing and still charge a premium price. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

Online booking system was great, super easy and got same day appointment. Annie did my highlights and not only is she super friendly she did an awesome job. I feel a million bucks.

I had Annie do my highlights today, she was amazing.. it was the best colour I’ve had in four years because she listened to what I wanted and delivered. I almost don’t want to share this because I don’t want her to be booked out next time I need a colour.

Everyone else seemed happy at the salon, but I wasn't impressed... Maybe I just haven't been to this kind of salon before? When I entered I saw a lady leaving. Her hair looked half wet, like someone had started drying and straightening it but not finished. I assumed she was getting something from her car then planning on returning to finish, but I found out she had actually finished her appointment... Hue doesn't dry your hair after they colour it. They literally give you a towel, hair dryer, straightener, some products, and some hairbrushes with other peoples hair in them, and tell you to dry and straighten your hair. Maybe other clients are really good at that, but I'm not. I don't know why I paid so much to do so much of the job myself... When I go to a hairdresser, I want to leave looking like I've been to a hairdresser... Aside from that, the colours that they put in made almost no difference... I feel like my hair looks just the same as before... Except straight because when I got home I straightened it for half an hour... All I can say is, yes, the staff are friendly. But, as I said, other people seemed happy there.
