Great people to deal with, we came down from Central in the weekend to view a new fire place and Phil & Laura took their own time to open up the shop so we could view the new fire. Very happy with our new Ethos Galaxy, clean, quiet fire. throws off plenty of heat for our x4 bedroom house & no blow back at all with the heat trans system within the living area!

Just to inform that we have a Cancellation Policy - If parts arrived in store or have been sent, there will be a 50% restocking fee of the retail price for any orders cancelled or not collected. If incorrect information is given at the time of ordering and the wrong part is received this will incur extra charges. It is imperative you make sure you have the correct information, and what you are ordering it what you require.

Quite knowledgeable staff and very helpful also a good selection of thermal appliances

Did a good job of fixing our fire, cleaning the flue, showed up on time etc. But a bit disappointed with how we were quoted for a specific amount then went to pay for it, found out that his worker had done extra stuff to the fire place and did not let us know about it, or if we would like it done, he just went and done it anyway. So we had to pay extra on top of what we were quoted for.

Staff are friendly and can handle the whole process from picking a fire place to consent and install.

Tim was very prompt and thorough with checking out the fireplace etc at a time of year when they are extremely busy

Very knowledgeable staff and a good range of wood burning fireplaces

I could not return an item I bought and found I no longer needed.
