Can't beat this view. food is a little pricey but the view you get is unbeatable.  food is a mash up of Mediterranean and aussie classics. Drinks are strong and that's what matters. Sundays have live music down stairs which is a great way to finish the week.

I remember this location from 10 years ago when it had more of a rock vibe, more relaxed. Now, they are forcing an elegance into the space, a seemingly high level, which it definitely is not.nStaff response: Initially, very friendly and accommodating. However, when we ordered drinks, we waited at least 20 minutes for service, even though the place was nowhere near full. When we ordered a second round, we again waited endlessly. Meanwhile, two bartenders were just standing at the bar, chatting.nI do not recommend.

Iconic beachfront corner hotel bar. Great atmosphere with a totally different vibe to enjoy upstairs or down. Wide range of drinks and cocktails, good food - often live music and other events. Great mix of locals and travellers.

Great food, views and prompt service to enjoy a Sunday sunset. Good for a short 45min meal as the music was a bit too loud so couldn’t really talk and not enough heating but the food and drinks came out fast so could get out before it got too cold.

I agree with Aditi and Abhi, I was the third victim to the incident where there was an explicit racism experienced at the entrance of the venue where the bouncer just looked at how we stood out from the rest of the crowd purely based on our skin colour, made false accusations that we were unfit to enter the venue as we were drunk- the reality is we hadn’t had more than a drink that early in the evening. This was validated by the remainder of our friends - some of whom had more drinks than us and were initially allowed to enter the venue. Acknowledging the situation, we all decided to leave the venue at the end. Very disappointing to acknowledge that such explicit racism/ discrimination happens in today’s day and age.
