Just want to say a big thanks to Hailey and the folks at Hot Yoga Invercargill. It’s made my 2 weeks of work in the area a fantastically positive and healthy experience. Both the staff and the participants were welcoming and supportive. It’s actually difficult to state just how positive experience it’s been for me with out being horribly gushy. Thank you folks, I really appreciate it. I’m hoping my work books me down your way again so I can join you again. I promise to continue my practise in the mean time

Hot Yoga Invercargill is the place to go if you are looking to challenge your mind and body. Even from your first class you will feel the difference - definitely expect to progress, and fast. From the moment you walk in, the instructors will make you feel welcome and even know each student by name. And there is a real sense of community. I cannot emphasis enough how much I rate hot yoga and particularly the Hot Yoga Invercargill studio. If you are a bit unsure about joining, I’d say absolutely 100% just give it a go!!

I've tried "Hot Yoga" for the 1st time this month with the intro offer available. It's been great to try all the different classes and choose which one works best for me. I have enjoyed the last month and hope to carry on, as the classes will hopefully fit in around work and life ;

If you are a beginner at yoga I highly recommend starting at this studio for the first month. They offer a great promotion for beginners. It is very good price. I took classes for about 3 weeks through this promotion. The studio is clean and comfortable. You can choose various classes on the time table and meet wonderful yogis.

I've been doing Hot Yoga for a week now and it is great, definitely a good challenge. There are four different classes which are all unique and seem to achieve different things as I've felt different after each one. The instructors are very helpful and professional, especially for a newbie like myself.  I will definitely continue after the introductory month is finished.

Hi ya. Since joining I have really enjoyed going to the classes. The room is warm not stinking hot and the people that go are just average people not yogee crazy people. The instructors are very helpful and give several options that suits everyone.my only fault is its not all that dark and the wooden floor makes it quite noisy before class when trying to get into your relaxing mind

I started taking the Yin Yoga classes after noticing my stress levels were through the roof and I was unable to sleep or relax. Yin classes have been amazing for me. I am now learning to unwind and relax. After the late night Tuesday class I always have an amazing sleep. The teachers are fantastic, they tailor the movements to suit all levels and injuries. Yin Yoga with Hot Yoga Invercargill has been my saving grace.

I'm loving Hot Yoga Invercargill  Each of the instructors brings their own style to the class and they are all so nice. I had been training in the gym for the last 2 years and was feeling like nothing was changing but 3 weeks in I can visibly see and feel changes to my body but best of all I feel a mind body connection that I struggled to find in the gym. Thank you for welcoming me to the hot yoga family

Being fairly new to hot yoga there was a few little insecurities arriving to the studio. The instructors were helpful explaining the how's and where's and why's. The studio itself is a calm space with good facilities and you feel comfortable to do what is in your own comfort level options are given . Thank you for your guidance.

The studio offers a good variety of yoga styles with welcoming and attentive teachers. I found their introductory offer a fantastic way to see what yoga styles I enjoy and what works best for me and my body .
