Food delicious! Best prawn toast ever had! Sizzling fillet steak, sizzling garlic beef and the fried rice us to die for! No cheap topping for these people, deep fried ice cream with a gorgeous jam like consistent strawberry topping was yummo! Service needs a step up, few times needed service and had to ask for it , only table dining in, staff too busy chatting but apart from that, delicious!!
Great Chinese restaurant. Friendly helpful staff, great food and a great price. They even went out of their way to entertain our 5 year old and cook her a special dish. Keep up the great work guys, we’ll be back for sure!
First time that I tried Hot Wok. One word to describe - Wow!! The food was delicious at a reasonable price, service was quick and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Parking was a breeze as we got there shortly after 5pm. When we left a little after 6pm on a Saturday night there were no more parking spots. A car pulled into the carpark as we were leaving so they helped us to get out as it was a tight squeeze. Highly recommend it but if you do takeaway or dine in try to go early due to the small carpark.
The Australian staff were very friendly and helpful. We were one of the early ones in the restaurant and had put our order in. Then 4 tables came in after us and they all got served before us. We had to ask about whether our order had been put in. Anyway the food was delicious, and fortunately it made the evening pleasant. We asked for a serve of one rice but they charged us for 2, so check your bill! We were visiting from Melbourne and were really looking forward to a Chinese dinner!
The food was delicious. Especially jordan took our right order as my husband is vegetarian and we wanted the food spicy. So jordan did a great job of taking the details right . The Malaysian rice was really good. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options Kid-friendliness: Jordan was very friendly Dietary restrictions: Yes vegeterian order was taken very well
Food nice as always. Service lacking Mon night. Ordered Chinese Tea. Did not come. Reason "quote" Should be taken off the menu, inconvenient to boil water as it's better to get drinks from the fridge" unquote.
We have been to this restaurant before also had a number of takeaway meals that have been great.. this time we were very disappointed, the curry chicken was horrible and my wife had fried rice that was uneatable and burnt.. unfortunately will not be going back... the young girls and other staff was great.
This is the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. We ordered prawn fritters, combination short soup, and combination omelette. Fresh beautiful food.. Would order again anytime. Parking: Plenty of parking on the premises.
This place was great many years ago , got special fried it was not eatable the pork was the size of a pea and dry. My brother got the Mongolian lamb that also was disgusting the lot went in the bin after 2 mouth fulls , will never eat from here again.
Spent over $150 on dinner. Food wasn't great. There was meat in both the vegetarian dishes and when I called to let them know, they refused to even apologise. Rude and mediocre. Don't bother.
