This Shop is just utterly incompetent. The company I work for wanted to buy a watch for me as an anniversary. Our company rep called them and they said they will call her back, which they didn't. I then called the branch three times before the phone was answered. The person I spoke with then told me they wont take credit card payments over the phone! We then tried to buy the watch using the Website and Click and Collect, only to be told at the last step that they dont accept Click and Collect at this store. I hope someone with a financial interest in this business, reads this review. Your systems are so pathetic that you literally can't take our money even when we try multiple methods to purchase something. You know we are a large mining firm and we would have used your business as a standard to buy work anniversary gifts. You can forget that now. Wish I could give you zero stars. That would be more appropriate.
Try to buy something 2 times today 1st time no one attend and the 2nd one arrived 15 to 5 pm and was already closed I did not know that now you have to beg to buy something. Sadly I can't rate 0 stars.
I saw a watch advertised in their window at $69.95 and asked to see it with the intention to buy, when she took it out of the window she said it was a mistake it was $465 When I said she had to sell it to me at the marked price she refused even though it is against consumer laws which I pointed out to her, she did not care ,. I amending my review from 1 star to 5 because of the prompt intervention from the managing director of Hoskings Jewellers in expediting a solution to my problem and selling me the watch at a reasonably agreed price, I thank him very much for his prompt action in this matter
Middle aged lady with shoulder length blonde hair and glasses, you are old enough to know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is and to be able to USE it! I came into your store today to purchase 2x watches for my daughter's. I realise you weren't able to see watches from were you where standing but instead of asking me to go outside and point to what ones I am after why don't you just get them out so I can have a look at the properly, I hadn't made my mind up about which ones I wanted because I wanted to see them, but you didn't even ask anything like that, just 'can you go outside and point to them', that's why I walked out of your shop. I won't return.
