I love these guys, their customer service is great, able to offer smart sensible advice/suggestions, highly knowledgeable and friendly, also reasonably priced, grateful to you, thanks!

Friendly staff and very nice niche items! I got a decent price pink and rose gold bridle and they also have a summer rug with bubble tea! Will be getting that too. Cool stuff not available elsewhere, horse girlies must come visit!

We bought a horse play ball. Quite pricy.  It was not blown up.  When we asked to blow it up for us, the shop assistant said they didn't have a pump.  We asked where we could find one she didn't know.  No offer to look online where to find one.nWe had to drive around Kumeu to find one.  I feel the assistance at horseland was poor.  They didn't even offer to look on line for us.  When buying an expensive product  you would expect it to be sold used usable.nI was not impressed at all.  BothnShop assistant  and  present ation of product were both standard.
