Our family would sincerely like to thank Ian and Carol Brownlie and all the Horizon staff for their outstanding service in guiding us through the emotional Rolla coaster of planning a funeral. At a time when you are feeling the most lost and sad, trying to cope with the death of one of your family you need people you can trust. The Brownlies’ are those people. Both Ian and Carol showed empathy caring and understanding, they provided gentle counsel offered advice and suggestions ensuring the celebration of dad’s life was handled with respect. Once the personal decisions regarding the funeral were made both Ian and Carol ensured all the arrangements went to plan and official paperwork was completed, one less thing we had to worry about. We were so pleased with the quality of the beautiful personalized coffin we selected for Dad that we enquired about a small memorial box of the same design as a lasting memorial of our beloved father and husband. It was Carol and Ian’s dedication to service that made the impossible happen and we got our memorial box, a beautiful keepsake to treasure.
