Holy Cross Funerals

Holy Cross held my mother’s funeral yesterday. It was a wonderful service and staff fantastic. Which made me feel at ease. All my friends and family said how impressed they were with the service. My family and I were very happy with the service provided by Holy Cross Funerals. We dealt with Peter who was both professional and caring. Their team put us in touch with David from Quality Memorial Services who did a fantastic job live streaming the funeral. This was important to the family as COVID greatly restricted the number of attendees. We received nothing but positive feedback from friends and family who watched online. I can highly recommend both Peter from Holy Cross and David from QMS.

Rang Holy Cross Funerals wanting to know where a friend had been buried today in Nudgee Cemetery. After giving my first name they needed my surname, I explained I only wanted the grave number to take some flowers. It could have been a private funeral I was told, I then explained it was advertised on the HC website and I had given you the deceased name. Nothing on the computer I was told, the person then left the phone and came back finally with a grave number, can you please tell me what part of the cemetery ? no I have never been to Nudgee, would have a map to look at ? " Sorry nothing on the computer. I understand privacy but this was over the top, i will consider using Holy Cross Funerals if this is how I was treated today at the office .

Highly recommended and very pleased with the service. I am a foreigner whose brother died and needed his ashes repatriated, good thing the hospital's social worker recommended Holy Cross Funerals. The Manager and staff are very professional, caring and reliable.

We can only speak from our own experience with the staff of Holy Cross Funerals.....everything was respectful, caring, professional and dignified right from our first meeting with them 8 months ago to the care and attention given to us all on the passing of our daughter in law 8 weeks ago.
