The service was awesome and the price and serving size were also great. My rum and raisin sadly did not have much rum flavour otherwise would have given 5 stars.
Ice cream not cold enough. Melted on a cold night so fast. Roughly 1/3rd wasted. COLD rock not COLd at all. Other stores are good
Ice cream was nice but the service wasn't good young staff didn't listen very well and got the orders wrong
Not sure if things have changed over the years but the ice cream tasted cheap and flavourless. The choice of toppings were limited where the marshmellows and chocolate tasted stale. Service was also rushed. Would not recommend and suggest going to one of the many gelaterias in Cooks Hill.
Even though there was a long line, we were served reasonably quickly. So many choices! Great tasting ice-creams, we can highly recommend this Cold Rock!
